Dear Parents,

As we look forward to the future, we envision Global Public School, as a place where excellence in education means educating the whole child. We aim to provide the knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and beliefs that are essential for a productive and successful life. We believe that education is not about mere imparting knowledge but more about opening the child's mind to self-expression. We recognize that these goals are best achieved when the school provides an environment in which educators, parents, staff and others develop and practice core values that benefit the academic, emotional and social needs of all children. We see education as forming a sound foundation for life-long learning. All children can learn, and we can develop within each student the desire to probe, the tools to seek and the ability to find, understand and use information as a complex, ever changing, and diverse society. We seek a challenging and supportive learning environment that capitalizes on the natural curiosity of children as they explore all parts of the curriculum. Within each student is a doctor, an engineer, a teacher, a social activist, a sports person, an environmentalist, a poet, an author or an economist. GPS will provide a support generating civilized and productive human capital, for serving our motherland in line with our motto "Discipline, Knowledge, Success"

In the coming academic year, students in GPS can also look forward to a wider range of opportunities to stretch themselves beyond the classroom through greater participation in school events and inter-school competitions. The teachers will also be working on our existing curriculum to sharpen the learning of our students in the academic areas.
